A Puzzling Situation!

As they build their own "Tower of Brahma" puzzle, students are required to adhere closely to plan specifications that dictate the width of the base, thickness of each piece, and height of each peg.  Continued practice with the manipulation of fractions and mixed numbers give students practical exposure to the use of measurement in our lives.  Pattern identification and an introduction to powers of 2 are also an integral part of this VTAM Lab activity/project.
